Far too often MDM initiatives are driven by IT people with limited understanding of how to provide optimal business process support. Platon sponser Data Warehouse konferansen 2007, som presenterer Peter Hidas, fra Gartner Norway AS og Frank Buytendijk fra Hyperion as Keynotes. Konferansen finner sted den 19-20 april 2007, på Thon Hotel Opera i Oslo.

Understøttelse og automatisering av forskjellige forretningsapplikasjoner (ERP, CRM & HR) har gjort det mulig for virksomhetene å bruke disse verdifulle data til å skape enda mer viten, innsikt i virksomhetens drift og innovasjon – ved å investere i Business Intelligence. Platon deltok på denne konferanse d. 19.april 2007.

Jørgen Steines, Konsulentdirektør i Platon, avholder sammen med Jeanette Møller, Senior Master Data Program Manager i Nordea, et innlegg omkring Nordea’s suksess med Customer Master Data.

De siste månedene har Platon bygd opp et grunnlag for en internasjonal ekspansjonsstrategi, annonsert i Q4 2006. Det internasjonale teamet i Platon har jobbet hardt med å reise til konferanser og møter med potensielle partnere og kunder, og kommunisert budskapet omkring Platons Information Management.

Som et resultat av Platons økende fokus på CPM markedet, har en ny partner avtale med Hyperion blitt signert.
